What I am here to do is to share what I genuinely use, love, and feel good about putting in my body. These are the supplements I take every day (or most days, let’s be real), and they’ve made such a difference to how I feel - more balanced, energised, and supported in the middle of life’s chaos.

This is my go-to when life’s busy and I want to know I’m getting goodness in. Packed with alkalising greens, digestive enzymes, and antioxidants, it’s like a gentle back-up plan for your body. It helps support immunity, digestion, and natural energy, without needing to force down handfuls of spinach. I mix mine with water or pop it into a smoothie. It’s clean, organic, and suprisingly delicious.

A powerful blend of organic berries, beets, and antioxidant-rich superfoods that support circulation, energy, and heart health. I started taking this to help with my cholesterol levels, but I noticed my skin and energy really thanked me for it too! It tastes fruity and refreshing - and thankfully nothing like beetroot juice!
💪 Essential Aminos
This is the one I turn to for energy, recovery, and mood support, especially when I’m trying to stay on top of daily life, stress, or hormonal shifts. These aminos help with muscle repair and can even support mental clarity and focus. I love that they’re non-jittery and clean. Just a scoop in water and I’m good to go.

I’ll be honest: I wasn’t sure I’d like this, but it’s actually pretty good! It’s organic Arabica coffee blended with adaptogenic mushrooms like chaga, lion’s mane, and cordyceps. That means it supports focus, mood, and a calm kind of energy, without the crash. It’s become part of my morning ritual and it feels so much better than my old coffee habit.

This is my wind-down hero. Magnesium is involved in over 300 processes in the body, and this blend combines multiple forms so your body can actually absorb it. I take mine once in the morning, once in the evening to help with stress, sleep, and muscle tension, and I really notice the difference when I forget!
